Carly started her training with The Academy of Dance Arts in New Jersey, moved to Washington D.C. to continue her training in The Washington School of Ballet‘s Professional Training Division under the direction of Xiomara Reyes and Rinat Imaev, and then was promoted to Trainee for two seasons with The Washington Ballet under Julie Kent. 

 She danced with The Washington Ballet Company in productions at The Kennedy Center during her time as a Trainee, some highlights of which include Aurora’s Friends in Sleeping Beauty, Giselle’s Friends and Willis in GiselleSwan Lake, Theme & Variations, and Serenade.  

Carly joined Milwaukee Ballet II for the 23/24 and 24/25 seasons. She was featured as Gamzatti in La Bayadère and as a soloist in Paquita, as well as in the premieres of contemporary works by Eric Figueredo, Timothy O’Donnell, and Kristopher Estes-Brown. She also danced in several mainstage productions with Milwaukee Ballet including Kenneth Tindall’s Casanova, Mark Godden’s Carmen, and Michael Pink’s Sleeping Beauty, Dracula, and The Nutcracker.

Carly most recently performed in Grand Rapids Ballet’s world premiere of Sherlock by Penny Saunders in addition to dancing excerpts of James Sofranko’s Swan Lake including Cygnets and Pas de Trois. 

She returned to Milwaukee Ballet as a Company Artist beginning in the 2025/26 Season.
