Summer Class Schedule
The following class schedule will be offered from June 3 through August 24, 2024. Registration is open now.
Gentle Stretch & Strengthen
This class is designed for students that feel a standard exercise class is too intense. We will use principles from mind body exercise methods such as Pilates and GYROKINESIS®, along with proper form, to strengthen our muscles and increase your range of motion. Small props like balls, chairs, and bands will be added to help achieve our goals. This class may be helpful to those recovering from injury or with chronic injuries.
