Donation Requests

Part of our mission at Milwaukee Ballet is to share the art of dance with our community. We are happy to support other organizations within our community by donating vouchers that can be redeemed for tickets to a Milwaukee Ballet production.

Eligibility & Process

While we would love to support all organizations and events, we prioritize organizations whose missions and values align with ours. These organizations can include arts organizations, Milwaukee-area education organizations (including schools that participate in our Community Engagement programs), youth advocacy organizations, and social services organizations.

Request Eligibility:

Donations are limited to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations only.
Organizations must be based in Wisconsin.
Donations must be used for fundraising purposes only, with funds being raised for the requesting organization.
Requests for uses such as incentives, rewards, prizes, workplace campaigns, etc. will not be honored.

Request Process:

All requests must be submitted via our Donation Application below. Mailed or emailed requests will not be accepted. A summary of your event and donation use on your organization’s letterhead is required.

You will receive notification about your request status via email. For fulfilled requests, you will receive a voucher with redemption instructions via email.
