FOR 2025/26: Valid for Giselle, The Nutcracker, and ALICE (in wonderland). 

1. Select your desired show date from our list of performances: Tickets | Milwaukee Ballet. You will be directed to the corresponding Ticketmaster page listing all available seats for that date.
2. In the center of the screen, click on the “Unlock” button. (Padlock icon)
3. In the resulting “Enter Offer Passcode” screen, enter your promo code and hit “Unlock”. Be sure to input this code BEFORE selecting seats; otherwise, your discount will not be applied to your purchase.
4. After entering the promo code, select “Switch to Map” to go to the seat map
5. You may now select your seats and enjoy discounted tickets.

If you do not see the discount applied to your offer or suspect that anything may be incorrect, contact the Milwaukee Ballet Box Office at 414-902-2103 before completing your purchase. Refunds are not able to be processed for tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.

3. In the resulting “Enter Offer Passcode” screen, enter your promo code and hit “Unlock”. Be sure to input this code BEFORE selecting seats; otherwise, your discount will not be applied to your purchase.
4. Upon entering the promo code, the seat prices will adjust accordingly to reflect to discount amount. You may now select your seats and enjoy discounted tickets!

FOR 2025/26: Valid for Encore and Genesis 

1. Click the button below to view the list of available performance dates.

2. Select your desired show date.

3. Click on the words "Promo Code" in the upper right corner. Enter your code in the resulting text box.

4. Click "Submit" directly to the right of "Promo Code."

5. Select the seat you'd like to purchase. Of the ticket price options that come up, select "MB Adult 20% off Ticket," which will reflect your discounted price. Do this for all seats you'd like to purchase.

6. Check out as normal.
