Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy students have the unique opportunity to take the stage alongside Milwaukee Ballet’s professional Company of dancers.

ALICE (in wonderland)

Fall down the rabbit hole into Septime Webre’s ALICE (in wonderland), an explosion of color that propels audiences into a vibrant world of larger-than-life characters. This spectacular production features students of Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy alongside our full professional Company.

Student Cast Auditions

This is a unique opportunity for MBSA students to take the stage alongside our professional company of dancers and gain additional rehearsal and performance experience. Students who wish to be considered for this opportunity must attend Student Cast auditions as scheduled on Sunday, February 15; no alternate audition opportunities will be available.

Students eligible to audition for ALICE (in wonderland) meet each of the following:
- Fully enrolled in MBSA classes by Monday, February 9.
- Boys Classes or Ballet I class level or higher
- Height of 3' 9” to 5’ 4”
- Agree to follow Milwaukee Ballet health and safety protocols during rehearsals and performances, to be determined

Parent Backstage Volunteers

Parent volunteers are critical to the success of Milwaukee Ballet productions like ALICE (in wonderland) and provide an exciting insiders’ look at the production. Volunteers are needed backstage for all rehearsals and performances at the theater. Volunteers have access to use a discounted parking pass when they are on duty.

First time volunteers are required to complete an online volunteer application. Only after your volunteer application is approved will you receive the volunteer slot sign-up link(s).
