Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy students have the unique opportunity to take the stage alongside Milwaukee Ballet’s professional Company of dancers.

Giselle

In classical ballet’s powerful story of love and betrayal, the vulnerable Giselle falls for Albrecht, a betrothed man on the opposite side of the conflict tearing her community apart. Michael Pink reimagines this tragedy into the dark period of wartime 1940s, asking powerful questions about the need for forgiveness and the transcendence of love amongst unimaginable horrors.

The Nutcracker

This family-friendly ballet was given new life in December 2023! Michael Pink’s recreation of The Nutcracker features even more student cast roles, playful characters, and stunning costumes, sets, and light designs. This is a unique opportunity for Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy students to perform alongside our professional company of dancers, gain additional rehearsal and performance experience, and play a key role in this magical holiday favorite.
