Jackson was born in Los Angeles and moved to San Francisco at age 11. He began his dance training in 2018 under the instruction of Nikolai Kabaniaev at City Ballet School San Francisco. In 2022 he moved to Chicago to continue his education at The Joffrey Ballet as a trainee under O?ulcan Borova. During February 2023 he performed as a guest artist in Grand Rapids Ballet’s Romeo and Juliet. He returned to Chicago and danced with The Joffrey Ballet in John Neumeier's The Little Mermaid, and with the Joffrey Academy (now the Grainger Academy of The Joffrey Ballet) as Basilio and Espada in excerpts of Yuri Possokhov’s Don Quixote. Throughout the 23/24 Season, Jackson participated in more performances with Joffrey and the Joffrey Academy, including Liam Scarlett’s Frankenstein, Houston Thomas’s Return Studies II, and Martha Nichols’s Carried by Thought.

He joined Milwaukee Ballet’s Second Company in the fall of 2024 and danced for one season. He was featured in La Bayadère and the premiere of contemporary works by Eric Figueredo and Kristopher Estes Brown, in addition to dancing in several mainstage productions such as Casanova, Sleeping Beauty, and The Nutcracker.

Jackson was promoted to the Company in 2025.
