Welcome New Milwaukee Ballet Board Members
We are thrilled to officially welcome three new leaders who have recently joined our Board of Directors this season. Milwaukee Ballet relies on the talents of many individuals beyond those on stage—we are grateful for the support of our dedicated Board of Directors, who volunteer their time and expertise to help further our mission.
Laura Arnow, CPA
Laura Arnow is a Certified Public Accountant and the owner of Arnow & Associates, a firm specializing in accounting, tax planning and financial management for service organizations, small businesses and professionals, primarily physicians, attorneys and architects.
Laura received her BS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and successfully completed the CPA exam in 1990. She has 35 years of accounting and tax experience, starting her career in taxes at the international CPA firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Laura is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of CPA’s, and American Institute of CPA’s, and has participated in several of their volunteer programs, including VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance). She has also taught courses to resident physicians at the Medical College of Wisconsin and has participated in the University of Wisconsin Small Business Development Center counseling program.
In addition to serving on Milwaukee Ballet's Board, Laura is currently Treasurer of Renaissance Theaterworks and Community Smiles Dental, and holds or has held board and executive committee positions at the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Frankly Music, Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra, Pearls for Teen Girls, Sixteenth Street Community Health Center, Antonia Foundation and the Fox Point-Bayside and Nicolet High School Parent Teacher Organizations.

Elizabeth Haas
Elizabeth Haas completed her first full season with the Brewers after joining the Club in August 2024 as Senior Vice President – General Counsel. In her role, Elizabeth oversees the Club’s legal department and, as a core member of the executive leadership team, she plays a critical role in formulating and executing the organization’s legal strategy. Elizabeth’s legal oversight includes all aspects of the Milwaukee Brewers, the Class-A Carolina Mudcats, and the Club’s operations in Milwaukee, Arizona, and the Dominican Republic.
Elizabeth joined the Club from Foley & Lardner LLP, where she was a Partner and the national chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. Working in the fields of manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, automotive, sports, health care, and technology for nearly two decades as a litigator and strategic business advisor, her focused experience includes investigations, regulatory compliance, complex litigation, and day-to-day business counseling. Elizabeth has advised clients who are leaders in their respective industries and worked closely with general counsel, C-suite executives, and legal teams across the United States to deliver practical legal strategies tailored to their specific business needs.
Elizabeth takes pride in community involvement, currently serving as a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee in addition to her new role on the Milwaukee Ballet Board of Directors. Elizabeth’s past board service roles include the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Showhouse, and the Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an Associate Editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law and Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University.
Elizabeth and her husband, Charlie, reside in Mequon with their two daughters, Genevieve and Charlotte.

Bryan Schultz
Bryan Schultz is a Business Law Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP and is thrilled to join the Milwaukee Ballet Board to help further our artistic excellence, educational programs, and community impact.
In his role at Foley & Lardner LLP, Bryan assists Fortune 500, middle-market, and emerging public and private companies, including family-owned businesses, in a variety of industries with their transactional, corporate, and commercial needs. He is a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices. His primary areas of focus include representing public and private companies in domestic and international business combination transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. He also works with businesses and their owners and senior management on corporate and commercial matters, including strategic initiatives, distribution arrangements, supply arrangements, executive compensation, ownership and executive succession planning, licensing issues, conflict resolution, personnel matters, and expansion efforts.
Among his accomplishments, Bryan has represented buyers, sellers, investors, target companies, and intermediaries in over 150 transactions aggregating over US$20 billion in total consideration. These transactions have included companies located in the United States, China, India, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Spain, Mexico, Canada, and many other countries. In addition, Bryan has been recognized for his corporate and mergers and acquisitions work by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and in the field of corporate law by The Best Lawyers in America.
