Raven Loan

Raven Loan was born in South Australia and began her dance training at Terry Simpson Studios. She then studied at the HARID Conservatory’s year-round training program, where she received Dance Study awards and the Certificate of Scholarship. Loan has also received the Jeannot B. Cerrone Award for excellence in performance.  

She joined Milwaukee Ballet II for the 2022/23 season, during which she was featured as Aurora in the “Aurora’s Wedding” Grand Pas de Deux and as Princess Florine in The Sleeping Beauty, presented as part of Milwaukee Ballet II’s Momentum.

She was promoted to the Company in 2023. Since then, she has performed Eaglet in Septime Webre’s Alice (in Wonderland), Princess Florine and Songbird Fairy in Michael Pink’s The Sleeping Beauty, and Clara in The Nutcracker. She has also performed Marius Petipa's The Talisman Pas de Deux in Encore, as well as several works by Michael Pink, including Dracula and Cinderella, Kenneth Tindall’s Casanova, Mark Godden’s Carmen, and contemporary works by Loughlan Prior, Lorenzo di Loreto, Amanda Lewis, and Tsai Hsi Hung.
