Acaju Samael Chavez Gastelum

Acaju has trained at Ballet California for the last 10 years and began his dance career at the age of 8. He has attended Summer Intensives at English National Ballet, The Royal Ballet, Boston Ballet, and Louisville Ballet. In recent years, he has performed in El Paso, TX, and Spokane, WA during the Ballet Alliance. He performed on stage as the Cavalry Prince for The Nutcracker twice and the lead in Coppélia and Peter Pan. He has had the opportunity to perform numerous parts as a soloist and a corps member for Ballet California over the last several years.  

Acaju was promoted to the Company in 2026.
